Verification FAQs
To verify a certification, enter the full name and certification number exactly as shown on the certificate, then click Search.
Both the name and certification number must match our records. If a match is found, the individual’s completed trainings will be displayed.
If no match is found, confirm that the information was entered correctly and try again.
If no match is found, first confirm that the full name and certification number were entered exactly as shown on the certificate.
If the information is correct and you still receive a “No Match Found” result, please contact our support team through live chat or at support@liftoffcerts.com.
When a matching record is found, completed trainings will be displayed with one of the following statuses:
- Active – The online theory training was completed and the certification has not yet expired.
- Expired – The online theory training was completed, but the certification expiration date has passed.
Employer-required practical training and evaluation may also apply. See below for more information.
For trainings that require a hands-on evaluation, the practical portion is completed by the employer or another qualified evaluator at the workplace.
Liftoff Certifications provides a Practical Evaluation Checklist to help guide this process. Once the practical evaluation has been successfully completed, the evaluator can complete and sign the Practical Examination section of the certificate.
The online training record shown on this verification page does not verify that the practical evaluation has been completed. Employers should review the certificate and applicable practical evaluation documentation when confirming that requirement.
