Refund Policy

Our goal at Liftoff Certifications is to provide all customers with an exceptional learning experience, however we understand that there are circumstances beyond our control that may lead to your purchase being refunded.

Refund Requirements

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased your course within the last 30 days. Purchases outside of the 30 day window are not eligible for refund. Transaction fees associated with the order are non-refundable.

Refund Process

If you have not completed your course and you have purchased your course within the last 30 days, a refund can be requested by contacting our support team via email or live chat. You will need to provide:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email associated with your account
  • Valid reason for refund

If you have completed your course and you have purchased your course within the last 30 days, a refund can also be requested by contacting our support team via email or live chat only in the event that your certification has not been accepted by your employer, which is extremely rare. In this case, you will need to provide:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email associated with your account
  • Certification Number
  • Letter from your current employer showing non-acceptance of your certification.

Group Purchases

Group trainings are eligible for refund only under the following circumstances:

  • Trainings were purchased less than 30 days ago. Trainings purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for refund, regardless of whether they have or have not been assigned.
  • For courses that have been assigned to an employee, the course progress must at 0%. Courses that are in progress or completed are not eligible for refund.
