Significant efforts have been made to both the website and training materials to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities. All training includes easy-to-read text and images as well as complete audio narration. Our site is responsive across all devices, ensuring seamless access from desktops, tablets, and mobile phones. Tier 2 and Tier 3 support team members have received additional training and are available via live chat to aid in the training process if needed.
